Our Story
Firestarters was ignited by a desire to “perfect” research execution through professionalizing the operations division (Data Gathering and Processing) of research agencies where employees are temporary, project based contracts.
The dream was to transform contract employees to executive level professionalism and work ethics.
To be achievers. From “sideline, part-time, mean time job” mentality to – “This is my profession. I will grow and be the best among the rest” mindset.
The idea came about in Sept, 2003 over a coffee break chit-chat to de-stress from operational concerns. Almost a year after, August, 2004 Firestarters Inc started igniting new ways of doing things for execution excellence.
